About the event
Danielle's Story | Something's Got To Give
Danielle has spent years carrying everyone else’s burdens while quietly ignoring her own. When career frustration and health scares forced her to stop and take stock, she was left facing an uncomfortable truth: she could no longer keep living for everyone else and calling it enough.
This one-hour online journaling session explores the emotional weight of always putting yourself last, and the courage it takes to finally choose yourself. Through reflection and honest conversation, we’ll look at boundaries, burnout, self-neglect, and the difficult but necessary process of rebuilding from the inside out.
Bring your notebook and pen. This is a space to confront what’s been pushed down, recognise what needs to change, and take the first step toward a life lived more intentionally.
