1. Scope of Services

Life Story Coach by Jenni provides:

• 1:1 coaching sessions (online or face-to-face)

• Workshops and group sessions, including Breakthrough Hub events

• Online programmes, courses, and downloadable resources

• Membership communities and related wellbeing support

Coaching and related services are for personal development and wellbeing purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice.

 

2. Booking & Payments

• Payment must be made in full to secure workshops, programmes, or membership access.

• For 1:1 coaching sessions, payment may be made in agreed instalments. Instalment plans must be arranged and confirmed with Life Story Coach by Jenni prior to the first session.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved providers.

• Refunds or rescheduling are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to the specific session or programme policy.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with notice.

 

3. Access to Services

• Access to digital products, online programmes, or membership communities may be restricted until full payment is received and any required forms (e.g., membership forms) are completed.

• All links, materials, and resources provided are for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing is prohibited.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, exercises, worksheets, and digital content provided by Life Story Coach by Jenni are protected by copyright. You may use them for personal development, but they remain the intellectual property of Life Story Coach by Jenni.

5. Community & Behaviour

• Members of communities such as Breakthrough Hub are expected to behave respectfully and follow any posted community guidelines.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from sessions or membership.

• Confidentiality must be respected in group or 1:1 settings; personal information shared in sessions must not be shared outside the community.

 

6. Liability

• Life Story Coach by Jenni is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from your use of coaching, workshops, or programmes.

• Participation is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to seek professional advice where necessary.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

 

8. Changes to Terms

Life Story Coach by Jenni may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on the website.
