I offer a range of interactive game experiences designed to get people involved straight away. It’s relaxed, engaging, and easy to get into, with moments of humour that happen naturally. Each experience is shaped around your theme to bring people together, help you reconnect with yourself, and leave you feeling refreshed and recharged. Whether it’s a games night, a celebration, or a small workshop, everything is designed to feel light, natural, and a bit different from the usual. Sip & Write

A Space to Connect & Reflect Join us for a relaxed, creative experience designed to spark reflection, storytelling, and self-expression. This 90-minute Sip & Write session combines, poetry and guided journaling with interactive/visual prompts, giving you the chance to explore your life story in a supportive, friendly environment. Whether you’re doodling, jotting down reflections, or sharing highlights with the group, you’ll leave feeling inspired.

This session is all about creating a vision board with purpose. Not just cutting and sticking for the sake of it, but taking the time to get honest about what you want and what matters to you right now. You’ll be guided to turn your thoughts into something you can see and connect with, so it feels real rather than wishful thinking. It’s a relaxed, reflective space where you can slow down, focus, and create something that has meaning beyond the moment.
