    Personalised products are made to order using the details you provide. For this reason:

    • Personalised items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

    • Please take a moment to carefully check all personalisation details, including spelling, dates, and wording, before submitting your order. We’re unable to amend or refund orders where the information supplied is incorrect.

    Faulty or Damaged Items

    If something isn’t right when your item arrives, we want to resolve it quickly and fairly.

    • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the issue.

    • If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

    • As our wooden products use natural materials, variations in grain, tone, or finish are part of their character and are not considered faults.

    Non-Personalised Items

    For items that are not personalised:

    • You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

    • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

    Digital Products

    • Digital downloads are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.

    • Please ensure the product is suitable for your needs before purchasing.
