The Life Lounge is a wellbeing community hub where people come together to pause, reflect, and have honest conversations about real life.
It is a space built around connection, conversation, and reflection, both online and in person.
Whether you are navigating change, feeling mentally overloaded, struggling to switch off, or simply looking for a place where you feel understood, The Life Lounge offers a calm and supportive environment to slow down and reconnect.
This is not therapy, and it is not about perfection or toxic positivity. It is about real conversations, shared experiences, and making sense of everyday life together.

RESET: Free Monthly Awareness Session (online)
A guided group session focused on a different wellbeing theme each month. Through simple reflection, conversation, and practical guided activities, we explore everyday pressures, how they show up in real life, and ways to respond with more awareness and balance. Each session is supportive, grounded, and designed to help people make sense of what they are carrying, without pressure or judgement. This online session is your starting point. If you want to go deeper, complete both the online session and the in-person gathering, you’ll receive recognition of your progress.
In-person Meetups
Alongside our online reflection sessions, I offer in-person gatherings and wellbeing experiences. These deepen the themes we explore online, offering space for reflection, connection, and creative growth. These sessions are designed to encourage deeper reflection, creativity, conversation, and connection within the community. By joining the monthly in-person experience and completing both steps, you’ll recieve recognition, marking the progress you’ve made along the way.
The Life Lounge App
Download the app to recieve daily prompts that offer simple moments of reflection and awareness throughout the week. These prompts help build consistency, encourage conversation, and gently connect people to the weekly themes. You will also have access to upcoming events, blog insights, and a growing community of support.
