Healing Arts Week – Reset Prelude & Creative Journal Experience

Healing Arts Week (22-26 June) is a connected creative wellbeing experience built around two linked stages: a Reset Prelude (online) followed by a Past, Present, Future Creative Journal workshop (face-to-face).
The purpose of the online session is simple: you reset first, so you can create with clarity, not noise.

This opening session creates space to pause, slow down, and reset before creative work begins. Through guided reflection and simple journalling, you will settle your thoughts, notice where you are emotionally, and prepare your focus for the in-person workshop.
