Somewhere along the way, menopause got loaded with everyone else’s expectations…

how you should feel, how you should cope, how you should “carry on.”

Today, I’m not doing that.

I’m letting go of the pressure to be everything to everyone.

I’m releasing the silent rules I didn’t even realise I was following.

And I’m choosing what actually supports me, my energy, my pace, my life.

Because this stage isn’t about shrinking.

It’s about redefining.

If you’re honest with yourself right now… what are you ready to release?

It's so hard trying to change from being constantly on the go. I used it as distraction thinking that the more productive I was the more I would get done but often feeling mentally exhausted because I didn't give myself space. But now I am more balanced and that time gives me clarity and direction.
