RESET: a monthly awareness session
A guided group session focused on a different wellbeing theme each month. Through simple reflection, conversation, and practical guided activities, we explore everyday pressures, how they show up in real life, and ways to respond with more awareness and balance. Each session is supportive, grounded, and designed to help people make sense of what they are carrying, without pressure or judgement.
Daily Acronym Prompts
Our daily acronym prompts and polls offer simple moments of reflection and awareness throughout the week. These prompts help build consistency, encourage conversation, and gently connect people to the weekly themes explored inside The Life Lounge sessions.
Life Lounge Live Sessions
Each month includes fortnighly online Life Lounge sessions where we come together to explore weekly themes inspired by the daily acronym reflections and prompts. These sessions are relaxed, reflective, and conversational. There is no pressure to speak, perform, or share more than you feel comfortable with. Sessions focus on: 🌿Connection 🌿Reflection 🌿Real-life conversations 🌿Wellbeing and self-awareness 🌿Identity, pressure, balance, burnout, and everyday life experiences Each session is guided using simple reflective questions designed to help people better understand themselves and the world around them.
Face-to-Face Workshops & Events
Alongside our online sessions, The Life Lounge also offers face-to-face workshops and wellbeing events in creative and welcoming spaces. These workshops are designed to encourage deeper reflection, creativity, conversation, and connection within the community.
