Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction Welcome to Life Story Coach by Jenni. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and Jenni (the coach). By participating in coaching sessions, you agree to the following terms: 2. Services Offered Life Story Coach by Jenni provides the following services: One-to-one coaching sessions Group workshops and events Mentoring services for young people Personal growth programmes, including the VISION Coaching Programme 3. Confidentiality and Privacy All sessions are confidential. Personal information will not be shared without your consent, except in cases required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others). Your privacy is respected, and data is managed in compliance with GDPR. 4. Session Booking and Cancellation Policy Sessions are booked in advance and confirmed via email. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. If Jenni needs to reschedule, as much notice as possible will be provided. 5. Fees and Payment Terms Fees are discussed and agreed upon before the first session. Payment is required to secure bookings. Payments can be made in two instalments: 50% at the beginning and 50% halfway through. Payment methods include bank transfer or online payment platforms. No refunds are given for missed sessions without adequate notice. 6. Responsibilities and Expectations Jenni is committed to supporting your growth but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Clients are responsible for their own progress and decisions. Open communication and active participation are encouraged to maximise results. 7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for medical advice. Life Story Coach by Jenni is not liable for any decisions or actions taken by the client. Clients are encouraged to seek professional advice when necessary. 8. Termination of Agreement Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. No refunds are given for unused sessions unless otherwise agreed. 9. Changes to Terms and Conditions Life Story Coach by Jenni reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. 10.
