The Launch of Healing Arts Week
Yesterday marked the opening of Healing Arts Week at Symphony Hall, celebrating the power of creativity and wellbeing.
One performance truly stayed with me - the Deaf choir. The joy, connection, and expression on stage was a powerful reminder that creativity is not just about art, it is about feeling seen, heard, and alive.
Birmingham is growing into more than a city of creativity- it is becoming a city of connection. Through storytelling, reflection, and shared experiences, we are creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and each other.
Proud to be part of this city-wide initiative and excited to begin Part 1 of my Healing Arts workshops this week.
