The Next Chapter
Hey everyone, I’ve been a little quiet over the past week as I’ve been celebrating my birthday and embracing this beautiful new chapter of becoming a nanna. It’s also given me some valuable time to focus on developing a new programme to support individuals, groups, and communities.
I’m feeling really excited about this next phase of my journey and can’t wait to share more with you soon.
