For When Midlife Feels Unfamiliar

In my most recent workshop, we explored navigating challenges. One piece of feedback stayed with me:

“This triggered thoughts and feelings buried deep that I did not know how to process.”

That’s what journaling can do.

Sometimes it’s a few sentences. Sometimes it’s pages. It can feel messy, imperfect, emotional, yet thought-provoking. It only has to make sense to you.

If you’ve been thinking about journaling but don’t know where to start, join me on 20 May | 7pm and we can journal together.

This is not surface-level journaling built around aesthetic templates and quick quotes.

I write micro stories rooted in everyday life, lived experience, change, pressure, identity, relationships, and the transitions people quietly carry.

This session asks something of you. It encourages reflection. It helps you explore where you are now, what you’re holding onto, and where you want to be.

Life is always transitioning.

How we navigate it matters.

This is a space to express yourself honestly alongside like-minded people in a safe and supportive environment.

We’ll begin together monthly, giving you space to continue journaling in your own time, at your own pace.

Maybe this is where a new chapter begins.

To sign up for free online session.
