Whether you’re improving wellbeing, building habits, or working toward personal goals, noticing progress keeps you motivated. Here’s how to plan your wins, maintain momentum, and access support.

Pause and Breathe and Check In
Before reflecting, pause and tune in to how you feel physically and emotionally.
Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 counts
Hold for 2 counts
Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 counts
Repeat once more
